Today you have full day sightseeing included in World Heritage Site Monkey Temple, Bouddhanath and Pashupatinath with one of professional guide and at evening Bhutan tour briefing and preparation. B
Third Day: Arrival in Paro, Bhutan [2280 m]
Welcome to Bhutan the land of the thunder Dragon. Today we will take it easy to acclimatize.Drive to Thimpu, check in to the Hotel and some light seeing to Thimpu if possible. Overnight stay. L D B.
Fourth Day: Thimpu To Punakha, Wande[1300 m]
Early morning breakfast and drive to Punakha. First we visit Dorchula Pass: The 108 chortens built by present Queen Mother of Bhutan Ashi Dorje Wangmo Wangchuck, we than visit to Punakha Dzong: Built in 1637,the dzong continues to be winter home for the Clergy, headed by the Chief Abbott,the Je Khenpo.The stunning example of Bhutanese Architecture. Lastly we visit to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten: Built by the third Queen Mother Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck is a splendid example of Bhutanese architecture, Overnight at Punakha. L D B.
Fifth Day: Punakha,Wande to Paro[2280 m]
Early morning breakfast and drive to Paro Valley looking Panorama Himalaya. The beautiful valley is home to many Bhutan old Monasteries and Temples. The country only Airport is in Paro. Paro Dzong: Is also known as Rinpung Dzong, this 15th century massive fortress/monastery also the administrative center of the dzonkhag. Ta Dzong: Built as a watch tower the Ta Dzong, converted into the National Museum in 1968.Overnight at Paro . L D B.
Sixth Day: Paro Hiking Taktsang[2280 m]
After breakfast morning drive to north of Paro valley brings us to the ruins of Drukgyal Dzong, built in 1647 by the great Shabdrung Ngawang,father and unifier of medieval Bhutan. Than after we will visit Taktsang Monastery one hour hike and Kyichu Lhakhang one of the oldest Temple in Bhutan.Overnight in Paro. L D B.
Seventh Day: Departure to Kathmandu.
After breakfast we than transfer to Paro Airport, arrival at TIA, pick up and drop to Hotel, Farewell Dinner. D B.
Eight Day: Farewell Departure.
